Join Liebherr, a general leader in engineering and manufacturing, as we advance our digital transformation journey. We are looking for a motivated Program Manager for S/4HANA rollouts and CRM integration (m/f/d) to play a key role in our global transformation programs.

In this role, you will lead the successful rollout of SAP S/4HANA solutions across multiple countries and entities, ensuring alignment with Liebherr’s global template. You will also coordinate the integration with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Field Service solutions, supporting end-to-end business processes across our Sales and Service companies.

You will be responsible for delivering complex, multi-country deployments, ensuring alignment between business and IT stakeholders, and maintaining high standards of quality, timeline, and scope of control. You will be part of an international, cross-functional environment that values collaboration, methodology, and long-term thinking, making a direct impact on how Liebherr operates globally.

The working location for this position will be in Madrid city,



where we operate a hybrid model, requiring at least 40% of the working time on-site.

- Lead end-to-end S/4HANA rollout projects across multiple countries, ensuring alignment with Liebherr’s global template, standards, and governance frameworks.
- Plan, manage, and control project execution, including scope, timeline, budget, risks, and dependencies, ensuring successful delivery of rollout milestones.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and streams (Finance, Logistics, Service, Data, BI, etc.) to ensure integrated and consistent end-to-end solutions.
