About the Role
As a Game Presenter, you will be the face of live online games, interacting with players in real time and delivering an engaging and entertaining experience.
You will work in a modern, studio-based environment with a diverse, international team.
Key Responsibilities

Host and present live online games in Dutch

Candidate Profile

Fluent in Dutch (mandatory)

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable working in front of a camera

Positive, energetic, and engaging personality

Versátil to work rotating shifts (including nights)

Open to relocating and working on-site in Madrid

No previous experience required
Working Schedule

Rotational shifts (morning, afternoon, night)

4–5 working days per week + 2–3 days off

Schedules provided in advance

Possibility to swap shifts with colleagues
Shift examples:

Morning: 07:55 – 15:00

Afternoon: 14:55 – 23:00
-
Night: 22:55 – 08:00 (+20% extra pay)
Compensation
-
Base salary: €1,500/month
-
Dutch language bonus: €4/hour (on camera)

Performance bonus: up to €3/hour

Average total compensation: €1,850 – €2,100/month gross
Relocation Package

25 days of accommodation upon arrival

Training
