• Assess,



define and lead the deployment of the Physical Logistics processes & solutions to ensure outstanding service and optimum cost performance by sales and customer channel as per existing and future business needs.

• Actively support the development of functional Physical Logistics resources in terms of, expertise, skills and mind-set to optimize cost and service to our customers to create competitive gaps.

• Understand current and emerging Customer needs, targets and objectives and ensure alignment of Distribution plans to respond to excel in delighting our customers, including e-commerce.

Organization and People
- Provide your global & local teams with a clear guidance on vision, stakes, objectives and expected contribution required to meet business needs and customer expectations.
- Support the Physical Logistics supply chain resources through regular communication, visits, functional leadership, targeted, coaching, feedback and adapted training programs.
