Online Reputation & Social Media Agents (Multilingual)

? Compensation: ~€2,000/month invoiced + performance-based bonus (no cap)
Role Overview
We are looking for multilingual Online Reputation Agents to manage e-reputation and social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Trustpilot, etc.).
Your mission: turn negative into positive — by engaging with customers, negotiating review removals, and boosting brand image.

Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage reviews across platforms (Trustpilot, Google, FB, etc.).
- Engage with customers in a professional, persuasive, and positive way.
- Manage and grow brand presence across social channels.
- Write clear responses in multiple languages (FR, ES, IT, EN).
- Negotiate with unhappy clients to remove or revise negative reviews.




- Track KPIs and deliver volume consistently.

Profile
Profile Requirements
- No prior experience required – autonomy and motivation matter most.
- Comfortable with computers, social media, and online review platforms.
- Strong written and verbal skills, persuasive and customer-oriented.
- Multilingual (French, Spanish, Italian, English).
- Sales background or negotiation skills = big plus.
- Full-time availability.

Bonus Structure
- Fixed monthly invoice (~€2,000).
- Performance bonus on volume delivered.
- Unlimited variable bonus based on e-reputation KPIs.

Team Leader Track
- We are also open to Team Leaders:
- Manage a small team of 3–5 agents.
- Take ownership of KPIs and reporting.
