What You’ll Do

As the first point of contact for our Melbourne Head Office, you’ll play a key role in shaping the day-to-day experience for employees, visitors and partners.



Sitting within our Development business, this role ensures smooth reception operations, clear communication and efficient coordination across the workplace.

You’ll manage front-of-house services, oversee visitor management systems, coordinate mail, deliveries and office services, and support the broader team by keeping everything running seamlessly. Your work will directly contribute to a professional, organised and welcoming workplace aligned to Stockland’s commitment to exceptional experiences.
