Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your Logistic expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside young and proactive teammates.
You'll ensure the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) solution is implemented and correctly used by Logistics operators. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Quality and Production), act as Warehouse Key User to manage the stock in the ERP system according to the core model and to train Logistics operators and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of ensuring the storage of materials,
guarantee the quantities stored and the correct storage conditions, but also ensure the material availability, integrity & delivery on time on production line.
We’ll look to you for:

Ensure that the ERP solution is implemented and correctly used by Logistics operators.

Define the warehouse layout and optimize the storage space (layout, warehouse sizing, slow moving stock / scrapping process)

Act as Warehouse Key User to manage the stock in the ERP system according to the core model and to train Logistics operators.

Ensure the storage of materials, guarantee the quantities stored and the correct storage conditions.

Ensure the material availability, integrity & delivery on time on production line

Manage the physical material flows (reception, put away, kitting, mirror area, shipping) to always keep physical and system flows aligned
