Day-to-day responsibilities

Daily responsibilities
- You will be responsible for the sprint content for the version, in line with the roadmap
- Sprint tracking: estimates, risk, alerts, ticket progress, planning and management of unforeseen applications
- Assign topics to the team on the project
- Ensure smooth testing phases with the QA/testing team: capture feedback and plan fixes
- Organize project meetings: Daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review and sprint retrospective
- Maintain team cohesion and interactions with other teams
- Perform people management for team members
- Work with colleagues to develop them and support their career progression
