The Position

You will lead end-to-end business analysis workstreams, leveraging advanced analytics and statistical modeling to tackle ambiguity and transform complex clinical or operational data into actionable insights. Your Impact & Responsibilities
- Strategic Advisory & Leadership: Independently manage end-to-end BA workstreams. You will act as a consultant to cross-functional teams, shaping stakeholder perspectives and aligning project goals with long-term solution roadmaps.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex datasets (quantitative and qualitative) to inform product and UX decisions; Experience translating user behavior, metrics, and feedback into actionable insight; Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Excel, or Tableau
- Solution Design & Product Development: Translate complex business requirements into strategic implementation plans. You will design data products (datasets, KPI frameworks) and evaluate vendor solutions to ensure they meet our technical and business standards.
