This is a senior operational role within the Media, Art & Narrative Domain. You are the operational engine of the Impact Marketing Team. You are responsible for translating high-level initiative goals into actionable communications plans, coordinating the Project Management team, and ensuring world-class execution across all marketing channels. While the Head of Domain defines the strategic vision and creative commissioning, you own the workflows, briefs, and performance of the day-to-day marketing machine.

Key Responsibilities

The Diplomatic Bridge & Brief Quality:

Bridge to Initiatives: Act as the primary bridge between Initiative Leads (Aurora, Alternativa, inVision U, etc.) and the Initiative Marketing Team.

Briefs: Extract subject-matter insights from initiatives and translate them into crystal-clear, actionable creative briefs.

Lead 360-degree campaign planning: Ensure every initiative has a living 6–12 month multi-channel communications plan. Orchestrate how a single brief comes to life across the entire distribution ecosystem (digital performance, organic social, PR,



physical activations, and the inDrive Ad Network).

Initiative Marketing Team Coordination & Leadership:

Directly manage and balance the workload of the team.

Own quarterly scoping and prioritization (rack-and-stack) to protect team bandwidth and ensure SLA delivery.

Ensure clear separation between creative direction and production traffic; enable smooth trafficking of design work to the Art Director and creative team without bottlenecks.

Performance, Process & Budget:

Act as the central point for KPI tracking, reporting, and budget transparency across all impact projects.

Systematize marketing processes (including JIRA adoption, AI-native workflows, and playbook creation).

Oversee performance metrics across the Distribution tier (paid media, Ad Network pipeline, localization).
