Role Overview

JLL Debt & Structured Finance are expanding their 45-strong European team and are seeking an senior analyst that is looking to build a successful career in Real Estate Finance. You will be joining a collaborative and highly active team, where you will work closely with senior analysts, associates, and directors.



You will play an important role in underwriting and executing financing advisory assignments, as well as supporting commercial activity and other origination tasks.
- Our team’s client base includes many of the world’s largest real estate investment firms, and we cover all asset classes across major European jurisdictions.
- We have completed $20Bn of financing transactions in 2025, across 19 European countries.
- This diverse offering is unique in the marketplace and gives analysts the opportunity to learn from a broad array of transaction profiles.
- The Debt & Structured Finance team works closely with other Capital Markets teams within JLL, offering valuable exposure to other segments of the industry.
