We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People team in Barcelona. In this role, you will be the key driver in identifying and attracting top talent to support our hyper-growth phase. This is a full-time position based in Barcelona.
Your Mission:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will own the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of positions across the company's international locations. Your focus will be to partner with hiring managers to understand their needs,



co-create job descriptions, build healthy pipelines of high-quality candidates, meet hiring timelines and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruiting including CV review, initial phone screens, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, social media, university networks, and alternative search techniques to identify passive talent and meet hiring deadlines.
- Act as a trusted partner to Hiring Managers; help them define their needs, manage their expectations, and support decision-making to ensure high-quality, long-term hires.
- Maintain a well-organized and up-to-date pipeline in our ATS (JazzHR).
- Leverage recruitment data and analytics to support business cases, identify bottlenecks, and pursue creative solutions to improve time-to-hire and quality-of-hir
