Job Purpose
The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving new client acquisition while managing a portfolio of existing affiliates to maximise revenue and build long-term relationships. This role requires a strong focus on nurturing affiliate relationships,



identifying opportunities for growth, and expanding GC Partners’ target client base.

Working closely with stakeholders, the BDM will play a key role in meeting sales targets and ensuring affiliates and clients receive excellent service. The successful candidate will embody GC Partners’ core values and adopt a client-centric approach in all interactions.

Person Specification
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in financial services, foreign exchange, or affiliate management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a portfolio of clients or affiliates effectively.
- A target-driven mindset, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs.
