KPMG in Caricom is seeking to hire a dynamic, results-oriented and highly motivated Tax Senior Associate. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering high quality tax compliance and advisory services to a portfolio of local, regional, and multinational clients. The role requires strong technical tax knowledge, attention to detail,



and the ability to independently manage multiple engagements while supporting Managers and Partners on complex advisory assignments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Prepare and review corporation tax returns, tax computations, deferred tax calculations, withholding tax filings, VAT returns, and other statutory submissions.
- Conduct detailed reviews of client financial statements, accounting records, and tax positions to ensure compliance with applicable tax legislation and identify planning opportunities.
- Assist with the preparation of tax advisory reports, technical memoranda, tax opinions, and client correspondence.
- Perform tax due diligence exercises for mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, and other corporate transactions.
- Research domestic, regional, and international tax legislation and provide technical support on tax advisory engagements.
- Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients and respond to routine tax
