The Role
We are seeking a high-performing Private Credit Investment Analyst. In this position, you will support the Blue Earth Capital Private Credit team focused on the Americas (with a particular focus on Latin America as well as the US & Canada). The role offers the opportunity to work across the full investment lifecycle – from pipeline screening to structuring, due diligence and transaction execution, as well as ongoing portfolio management.



We are looking for someone who brings strong foundational experience and can directly contribute to our investing activities, directly impacting investment opportunities from day one. The position is full-time and located in Madrid, Spain.

Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to all stages of the investment lifecycle for the Americas team, including but not limited to:
- Screening: Help assess early-stage investment opportunities, prepare screening materials, support pipeline development, contribute to sourcing calls & meetings. Maintaining up to date pipeline records. Conducting thematic research on sectors, markets, and macro trends relevant to the investment strategy.
- Due diligence & transaction execution: Review of investment materials and datarooms, virtual & on-site due diligence, investment memo preparation, qualitative and quantitative credit risk analysis including financial modelling, impact/ESG evaluation, support on closing workstreams such as KYC,
