What will you do?

Será el/la responsable de alcanzar los objetivos de rentabilidad y calidad establecidos por la Dirección General de Hoteles LATAM, siguiendo las políticas del Grupo. Para ello, dirigirá y guiará al equipo garantizando que se aplican las directrices comerciales, de recursos humanos, calidad y medio ambiente, financiera y de gestión.

Responsabilidades:
El Director de Hotel Barceló es el gestor de la cuenta de resultados del Hotel, y centra sus responsabilidades en 4 ámbitos fundamentales, no excluyentes de otras funciones:
- Comercial:
