Position Overview:

As a Associate Director at IE University, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery and strategic management of projects and activities related to a portfolio of programs. This role involves acting as a key liaison between students, faculty, and multiple IE departments, ensuring alignment and excellence across all touchpoints. You will lead the management of programss,
and ensure the effective implementation of institutional guidelines and policies.
You will also provide high-level support to faculty members, fostering strong relationships and ensuring the seamless execution of academic activities. Through your leadership and attention to detail, you will contribute to delivering a consistently outstanding and world-class learning experience for our students.
