- Help and ensure the smooth run of all guest’s requirements and standards of service are maintained at all times for optimum guest satisfaction.
- Report any customer complaint or matter that cannot be handled to the Assistant Restaurant Manager for solution.
- Take orders and serve food and beverage items to customers in a timely, enthusiastic and professional manner.
- Maintain an extensive knowledge of the menu and offer suggestions of dishes in accordance with the guest’s preference.
- Anticipate and service the guest’s needs before requests are made.
- Follow proper time and attendance and uniform procedures.
- To demonstrate respect to management and staff while addressing them.
- To effectively manage your time and productivity whilst at work.
- To keep a high Standard of personal hygiene and appearance.
