Job Description

We are looking for a person to perform the role GPO DTS Planning based in Alcobendas (Madrid).
Architectural link between business strategy and system execution. Primary focus will be the integration of advanced planning (IBP & PPDS) with core manufacturing execution (MRP, QM, PM, MES) to ensure operational excellence using Sika global tools.
Process Design & Global Template Governance
- Design E2E Solutions:



Define and document general standard processes for the "Plan-to-Produce" cycle, ensuring seamless data flow between SAP IBP & PPDS (Planning) and S/4HANA & MES (Execution).
- Template Protection: Act as a gatekeeper for Global Templates. Evaluate change requests and ensure that any local requirements do not compromise global standardization.
- Master Data Integrity: Define global standards for production master data (BOMs, Routings, Resources) to ensure consistency across all reporting layers.

Planning & Manufacturing Excellence
- Advanced Planning: Lead the functional design for IBP (Demand, S&OP;) and PPDS, optimizing how the system handles constraints and scheduling.
- Shop Floor Integration: Oversee the integration of non-SAP tools and MES with our SAP template.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with other streams (OTC, STP, MD) to integrate their processes into the broader production schedule.
