Role Purpose:
The Senior Product Engineer is responsible for leading the advanced development of heat pump and air conditioning systems. This role combines deep technical expertise in HVAC systems, electronics, and thermodynamics with strong leadership capabilities, ensuring the delivery of robust, competitive, and compliant products from concept to mass production.
This role specializes in the development, integration, and validation of control systems. In this role, you will join our engineering team and hold responsibility for the proper electronic, control,



and communication performance of all products. Additionally, you will work closely with teams across Europe, requiring strong communication skills, autonomy, and the ability to thrive in multicultural environments.
Key Responsibilities
- System Integration & Control Development: Integrate electronics, sensors, actuators, and controllers into manufactured units, alongside the development, programming, and fine-tuning of control systems.
- Validation & Testing: Validate firmware, conduct laboratory testing, analyze system behavior, and optimize functional performance.
- Industrial Communications: Implement and support industrial communication protocols, specifically Modbus and BACnet.
- Troubleshooting: Resolve technical issues in prototypes and products under development.
