We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager/Client Lead to act as the single point of accountability for the successful delivery of major a data centre project in Spain. You will provide end-to-end project management from pre-construction through to handover and close-out.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Represent client interests, lead consultant and contractor teams.
- Define success factors, drive planning and delivery.
- Own risk register and change control processes.
- Manage programme schedule, costs, and procurement strategy.
- Oversee design compliance and technical quality.
- Ensure governance, documentation, and reporting standards.
- Secure statutory approvals and regulatory compliance.
- Deliver handover, close-out, and client satisfaction.

You’ll need to have:
- Extensive project management of major capital works.




- Proven track record managing €multi-million construction projects through full lifecycle (Stage 1–6).
- Strong knowledge of Spanish regulations and permitting.
- Fluent Spanish and English, with leadership gravitas.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent scheduling tools.
