Job Description

We are looking for a CRM Intern to join our Growth & CRM team within Courier/Rider Operations. This is a hands-on role where you will support the execution of lifecycle campaigns for our riders across 22 countries, and on top of that, help us rethink and automate how we work by building smarter, AI-powered workflows into our CRM operations.
You will learn the fundamentals of lifecycle marketing at scale while shaping how we use AI and automation to make our processes faster, leaner, and more personalized. We are looking for someone with the curiosity and technical comfort to turn real CRM problems into practical,



scalable solutions and who is energized by the idea of doing the work and improving how it gets done at the same time.
The journey
CRM Campaign Execution
- Strategy & ideation: Help design lifecycle campaigns and communication flows targeting rider acquisition, onboarding, reactivation, and long-term engagement, translating business goals into CRM plans.
- Day-to-day execution: Provide support on the operational side of each campaign end-to-end: briefing, audience setup, QA, scheduling, localization, launch, and post-launch reporting.
- Track and assess CRM performance metrics (activation, conversion, retention), support A/B testing, and turn data into actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with local teams across 22 countries to adapt campaigns to regional needs and communication preferences.

Automation & AI-Powered Innovation
- Identify repetitive CRM tasks (copy localization across markets, campaign briefs, reporting summaries, audience QA) and build work
