Description
- The ability to greet each guest promptly, courtesy, graciously with eye contact a smile and good posture.
- Maintain a clean bar area, process payments and ensure correct bar inventory is being carried out when required.
- Assess customer’s needs, preferences and make recommendations for alcohol and non alcohol drinks, snacks etc.
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Set up and clear tables to specific standards in a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional manner.
- Complete various other side duties assigned by the Supervisor and maintain proper condition and cleanliness of dining areas and servicing equipment.
- Listen and respond to inquiries using a positive, clear speaking voice.
- The ability to ascertain a guest’s satisfaction and handle any problems which may arise.
- Must be able to keep track and maintain daily /weekly inventory sheet at all times.
- Ability to Mix ingredients, such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters, in order to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
- Arrangement of bottles and glasses to make attractive displays.
