Diagnostics and Applications Project/Program Manager
Description -
The Diagnostics Program Manager (PM) is responsible for leading the end-to-end planning, execution, and operational management of hardware and software diagnostic solutions across HP Personal Systems. This role serves as the central coordination point between engineering, architecture, product teams, support organizations, and analytics functions to ensure delivery of scalable, high-quality diagnostics capabilities that improve customer experience, enable proactive support, and drive operational efficiency.
The Diagnostics PM owns the lifecycle of diagnostics initiatives—from requirements definition through release, sustainment, and performance reporting—while ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals, telemetry strategy, and AI-enabled support transformation

Job Summary
• This role is responsible for leading multiple project teams and managing activities of supporting teams and internal development partners, and overseeing logistics of internal unit request's for development.



The role applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues, and leverages it to drive innovation and technology integration. The role manages project activities, develops schedules, budgets and resource plans, tracks progress against the established plans and drives best practices.

Responsibilities
• Manages and leads a program involving multiple functions and project teams to drive the development and implementation process for a tool, application, product, or service offering.
• Develops and directs development of schedules, critical deliverables, budget, resource allocation plan, and other support requirements for assigned program.
• Manages activities of supporting project teams and internal development partners; ensures progress against established plan and makes determinations based on analysis of business information to alter or update schedule and resource allocation to meet product
