About the Role:
We are looking for a SEM Lead or Senior SEM Expert to lead and scale our paid search strategy across our portfolio of apps.
This is not a campaign management role. This is a technical, strategic, and revenue-driven position where Google Ads Search is the absolute core of the function.
You will be the reference person for Search inside the company, owning:
- Campaign architecture
- Budget allocation
- Profitability logic
- Scaling frameworks
- Signal quality & algorithm performance

Your mission is simple:



maximize revenue and efficiency from Google Search while building scalable and technically robust acquisition systems.

About You:
Academic background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or related fields.
- Technical background in Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics or similar quantitative disciplines is highly valued.
- Strong analytical foundation with the ability to build dashboards, scripts, and data queries independently.

Technical expertise:
- Deep, hands-on expertise in Google Ads Search (must-have).
- Strong knowledge of campaign architecture, keyword intent segmentation, match types, search term mining, and negative keyword frameworks.
- Experience designing scalable account structures from scratch.
- Solid understanding of Smart Bidding, conversion signals, tracking, and attribution.
- Ability to evaluate performance based on business metrics (CAC, LTV, revenue
