- Deep expertise in Meta and strong performance on Google, TikTok, and other paid channels
- Proven ability to design and execute large-scale marketing strategies with measurable impact
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in performance metrics, forecasting, and Pu0026L decisions
- Excellent executive communication skills for partner and team leadership
- Native/bilingual English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus
