This role will support the evolution of Mango’s talent, organization, and culture agenda, contributing to projects that strengthen organizational effectiveness, talent outcomes and new ways of working across the company.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive and contribute to key Talent & Organization projects, ensuring high-quality execution, strong stakeholder alignment and timely delivery.
- Manage projects end-to-end, from framing and planning to implementation, follow-up and continuous improvement.




- Contribute to the design and evolution of frameworks, processes and initiatives focused on high performer development, leadership and top management talent, culture, and broader Talent & Organization transformation topics.
- Support the design and deployment of culture initiatives that strengthen leadership, reinforce desired behaviors and ways of working, and contribute to organizational transformation.
- Support the definition and execution of change management plans associated with key Talent & Organization initiatives, ensuring stakeholder engagement, alignment and effective adoption.
- Partner with people and business stakeholders to understand priorities, gather input and support the development of impactful people solutions.
- Translate business needs and organizational challenges into structured proposals, presentations and action plans.
