Job Description

This role serves as a strategic bridge between our online audiences and the brand, shaping how our story is told across global digital channels. The Global Digital Channels Manager will lead the day-to-day management of the Group’s corporate digital channels with a strong focus on positioning the company as thought leader in the industry, deepening audience engagement,



and increasing the company’s lead generation pipeline from social media campaigns.
You will:
- Manage the Group and executive social media channels and SGS.com homepage, providing an editorial calendar that delivers fresh, useful and compelling content for target audiences
- Create and produce engaging short-form video content (reels, executive videos, interviews and other platform-native formats)
- Lead and implement content strategy that supports our brand positioning and business objectives, working closely with other content specialists
- Create and optimize compelling digital campaigns
- Coordinate publishing of cross-channel corporate campaigns
- Guide and support the Digital Engagement team on community management
- Oversee social media complaints on Group social media channels
- Stay up-to-date with new and interesting content formats and pilot them, communicating suggested content and updates to appropriate depa
