What You'll Do
- Provide outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with orders, deliveries, payments, returns, and account-related inquiries.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document customer interactions using internal systems.
- Work closely with different departments to ensure timely issue resolution.




- Follow company procedures and quality standards.

What We're Looking For
- Fluent Dutch (C1-C2).
- Good English communication skills (minimum B2).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer skills and confidence using multiple applications.
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Willingness to relocate permanently to Greece.
