Job Summary
• This role supports ISX's portfolio of AI-powered support transformation programs, partnering directly with senior program leadership to drive execution across a integral, multi-function operating environment. It owns structured program tracking, cross-initiative reporting, and stakeholder deliverable preparation — ensuring program health is visible and decision-ready at every level. A core responsibility is supporting the development and ongoing refinement of ISX's North Star customer journey for digital support transformation, translating strategic direction into documented frameworks, journey maps, and program artifacts. The role operates across intelligent automation, digital transformation, and customer support reimagination initiatives, with direct accountability for keeping programs aligned to ISX's transformation mandate. It requires strong executive communication skills and the ability to operate effectively in VP and SVP-facing environments.

Responsibilities




• Manages and leads a program involving multiple functions and project teams to promote quality culture and drive the quality improvement process for a product or service offering.
• Develops and directs development of schedules, critical deliverables, budget, resource allocation plan, and other support requirements for assigned program.
• Manages activities of supporting project teams and internal partners; ensures progress against established plan and makes determinations based on analysis of business information to alter or update schedule and resource allocation to meet product requirements and development schedule.
• Communicates program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to stakeholders; collaborates with management and internal development, manufacturing and service delivery partners to recommend and implement changes to product, processes, or business practices to resolve escalated issues, produce solutions, a
