Your role as a Site Construction Manager
Key responsibilities:

The Site Construction Manager will possess all skills & experience to plan and supervise a wide range of (general) Contractors & personnel from start to finish.



You will actively help the contractors organize and manage construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a safe, timely and efficient manner. A Construction Manager must be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the desired results. The idóneo candidate will have an analytical mind and good organizational skills and will have at least ten years’ experience in a similar role. The goal will be to ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding budget.
What will you do?
- Organize and supervise the overall work on site of the project and provide direction and guidance when needed
