Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Digital Business Expert to join our Growth and New Segments area of Payments and Daily Banking Tribe

Your key responsibilities:

As customer journey expert you will own the end‑to‑end acquisition journeys for Cuenta Nómina and Cuenta NoCuenta, driving commercial growth while continuously improving the customer experience.
- Own and deliver commercial targets through the design, execution, and monitoring of acquisition campaigns.
- Drive acquisition initiatives across all sales channels, maximizing conversion and impact.
- Represent the voice of the customer and continuously improve onboarding and daily banking journeys.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements, working closely with tech, data, and compliance teams.
- Apply strong analytical skills to track performance, generate insights, and support strategic decision‑making.




- Monitor market and competitor trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Support the launch and evolution of the Daily Banking value proposition without impacting sales performance.
- Monitor market trends and competitor strategies in customer acquisition to identify opportunities and stay ahead in the industry
