About the role





We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Global Workforce Architecture & People Transformation Lead to drive some of our most important global People & Culture initiatives. This role will lead complex cross-functional projects that support the evolution of our general people agenda, helping us create scalable frameworks, improve data-driven decision-making, and strengthen the employee experience across a diverse international workforce.
We need an experienced professional with deep expertise in global job architecture, workforce frameworks, people data governance, reward and HR transformation. The role will be a strong fit for someone who has led the design and implementation of scalable people frameworks across complex, international environments, bringing specialist experience that goes beyond broad HR partnering, general HR management or generic transformation roles.
