Marketing coordination & brand support
- Support the execution of local marketing plans, campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
- Coordinate marketing materials, presentations, samples, merchandising, printed assets, and digital content when required.
- Ensure that all marketing activities and materials are aligned with ZO Skin Health brand standards.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing projects.
- Support the adaptation of general and regional marketing materials for the local market.

Events, congresses & brand activations
- Support the planning and coordination of congresses, trade fairs, customer meetings, trainings, workshops, brand activations, and internal events.
- Manage event logistics, supplier coordination, invitations, materials, shipping, set-up, execution, and follow-up.
- Coordinate with hotels, venues, agencies, speakers, customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure events are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with company standards.
- Support post-event reporting,



feedback collection, and administrative follow-up.

Sales & customer support
- Provide marketing support to the Sales team for customer meetings, trainings, presentations, and local initiatives.
- Coordinate marketing requests from internal stakeholders and ensure clear prioritisation and follow-up.
- Support the preparation of customer-facing materials, product information, launch assets, and brand tools.
- Assist with the coordination of samples, promotional materials, and visibility assets.

Administrative & operational support
- Manage purchase orders, invoices, supplier documentation, budget tracking, and marketing administration.
- Maintain organised records of marketing materials, suppliers, campaigns, activations, and event documentation.
