We're looking for a Product Manager to join our Rider team. Identify friction points, drop-offs, and unmet needs using data, research, and direct user feedback.Translate business goals and user insights into clear problem statements and high-impact opportunitiesValidate ideas through experiments, rapid prototyping, and data-driven decision-making.Balance short-term wins with long-term platform improvements.Build strong partnerships with engineering, design, data, marketing, operations, and other teamsAlign stakeholders around clear goals and success metrics.TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:7+ years of experience as a Product Manager, within a fast-paced environment on a multi million customer facing product such as mobility, food delivery etc Strong, proven experience with discovery and delivery. Proficient experience using quantitative and qualitative data to inform and drive product decisionsA passion for creating simple, user-friendly, and highly effective products.Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate user problems, data evidence, target audience and suggested solutions.
