About this RoleWe require a proactive and structured Product Activation Manager to support the delivery of cross-portfolio activation initiatives across Vodafone Business.This role sits within Product Enablement and reports into the Senior Product Activation Manager. It is focused on supporting the execution of strategic activation programmes by coordinating workstreams, maintaining delivery plans, preparing activation materials, tracking progress and helping ensure that markets have the information, tools and guidance they need to execute effectively.The Product Activation Manager will work across multiple portfolios and initiatives, supporting major growth and transformation priorities that require strong coordination across Group, OpCos, Sales, Marketing, Commercial, Product and Partnership teams.Coordinating inputs across Product, Sales, Marketing, Commercial, Finance, OpCos and partner-facing teams.They will be comfortable working with different stakeholders, managing detail, supporting senior colleagues and helping turn strategic priorities into practical execution across markets.Maintain programme documentation, including project plans, status reports and stakeholder trackers.Coordinate meetings, governance forums and follow-ups, ensuring clear notes,



actions and next steps are captured.Monitor programme progress against agreed milestones and highlight risks, delays or gaps to the Senior Product Activation Manager.Support reporting and performance tracking through clear dashboards, summaries and data-driven updates.Adaptable working hours from Monday to Thursday, and an intensive schedule on Fridays.Intensive Summer Schedule during July and August.Up to 20 days per year of 100% remote work from other locations.Private Health and Life Insurance for employees.Access to an online learning platform for continuous training.
