Data Centre Investment & Deal-Maker — Europe

Europe's data centre market is moving fast, and capital is following it. Spain, Portugal, the Nordics and Poland have each become live battlegrounds for hyperscale and colocation capacity, and the investors and developers who can actually close deals on the ground are in short supply.
Our client is a fast-scaling, state-backed clean energy and data centre platform building across the Gulf, Africa and Europe. They are now looking for an investment and deal-making lead to originate and close data centre transactions across their priority European markets: Spain, Portugal, the Nordics and Poland.

The role

This is a deal origination and execution role, not a site-development or power-and-land position. You would be sourcing and structuring investment and development opportunities in data centre real estate and infrastructure, working the full transaction: identifying targets, structuring the commercial and financial case, and carrying deals through to close. Much of the value you bring is relational,



you already have live conversations with hyperscalers, cloud providers, or the developers and investors who serve them, and you know how to turn that network into signed transactions rather than pipeline. You would operate across Spain, Portugal, the Nordics and Poland, working as part of an international team spanning Europe and the Gulf, with real autonomy to run your own deal flow.

What we are looking for

A genuine track record of closing data centre transactions with hyperscaler or cloud tenants, on the real estate and investment side, not only power and land development
Experience structuring and executing deals: investment banking, principal investing, or corporate development background in data centre real estate is a strong fit
Existing relationships and credibility in at least one of the target markets (Spain, Portugal, Nordics, Poland); Spanish market knowledge is a particular plus
