What will be your challenge? (Key accountabilities)

Raising and issuing purchase orders based on an established budget.

Registering,



confirming, and tracking purchase orders in our internal systems.

Direct and continuous communication with suppliers to manage and follow up on orders, ensuring full information traceability and adherence to delivery dates (handling amendments, cancellations, delays, etc.).

Monitoring goods receipt and identifying discrepancies (quantities, pricing, etc.).

Assisting with issue resolution in coordination with other departments (warehouse, invoicing, etc.).

Supporting the procurement team with commercial product management.

Preparing templates and reviewing purchase orders prior to dispatch, incorporating any required adjustments.

Logging qualitative order data.

What will make you succeed_? (Skills, know-how and experience)_

Higher vocational training or a university degree in Business Administration or a related field.
