?Senior Project Manager – Composites (Fully Remote)

Our client is a growing engineering company specialising in composite structures for high-performance automotive applications. Their work focuses on turning complex ideas into viable, real-world solutions — bridging the gap between design, suppliers, and industrialisation.

They operate fully remotely, offering flexibility without losing connection. Projects are delivered through close coordination between engineering teams, suppliers, and customers, with a strong focus on structure, clarity, and execution.

They are now looking for a Project Manager to join the team — someone who can take ownership of delivery, manage stakeholders, and ensure projects are executed efficiently from concept through to release.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project delivery from initiation through to completion, ensuring timelines, budget, and quality standards are met

- Act as the main point of contact with customers throughout the lifecycle of assigned projects
- Manage budgets, including cost forecasting, tracking,



and identification of risks and opportunities
- Coordinate the design and development of components, ensuring alignment with project requirements and deadlines
- Ensure design reviews and quality procedures are followed during development phases

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 5 years of experience in project management within product development or industrial environments
- Experience managing full project lifecycles, composite-related projects
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving collaboration
- Proactive approach with the ability to work autonomously and deliver results
- Advanced Excel skills for tracking, reporting, and data analysis
