• Townsend.Strategic Management: Define the development strategy, procurement plan, and project-specific procedures (PEP).Financial Control and Planning: Monitor the progress of the cost plan, master schedule,



and risk register to ensure accurate forecasts.Serve as the primary point of contact with the Client and coordinate consultants, designers, and contractors through effective communication strategies and meetings.Quality and Compliance: Ensure adherence to the Quality Management System by managing inspections, snag lists, and customized workflows in real time.Reporting: Prepare monthly status reports for the client and Operations Management, ensuring full transparency.QualificationsDegree in Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, Electrical Engineering or ArchitectureA minimum of 7 years project management experience, gained within a technical complex environmentA thorough understanding of the total project life cycle, from project inception stage, design, authority approvals through to construction completion and post-project reviewExcellent knowledge and experience of all of the main project management concepts, tools and techniquesAbility to thrive in a high pressure, fast paced environmentStrong communication skills and seeking to leverage their skills within an international professional contextFluent in Spanish and proficient in EnglishHighly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your clientAdditional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
