The role
As we support a Madrid-based financial technology firm with their ongoing organizational adjustments, we need an intern to help manage the flow of information and ensure project milestones are met. This Project Management - Internship is a fully remote position designed to give you a direct view into how large scale consulting projects are organized and executed. You will support the senior consultants as they navigate the complexities of European governance and operational friction within the client's structure.

What you will do
Assist in tracking project timelines and ensuring that all internal documentation is updated according to current progress.
Draft internal status reports that summarize the findings from recent evidence-backed analysis sessions.




Organize and maintain the digital filing systems for our client engagements to ensure data is easily accessible by the consulting team.
Attend remote coordination meetings to take detailed notes on action items and decisions regarding the fintech project.
Prepare basic visual aids and charts that illustrate organizational structures or operational bottlenecks.
Monitor the completion of tasks across different workstreams to help identify potential delays before they affect the client.
Research specific regulatory or governance requirements related to the financial services sector in Europe.
Support the coordination of schedules for executive interviews and group workshops.
