The opportunity

Join EY GDS Spain as a Senior Manager in Technology Strategy & Consulting and become a key contributor to high-impact international engagements. This role offers a unique opportunity to operate at the intersection of technology, business strategy, and business development, working directly with senior stakeholders, Partners, and clients to shape technology-driven solutions.
As a member of our team in the EY GDS Spain office in Malaga under a hybrid system (two times per week in the office) , you will collaborate closely with other teams, supporting strategic consulting engagements, technology transformation initiatives, and business development opportunities. This is a high-level consulting role that requires strong business acumen, broad technology understanding, and the ability to engage confidently with C-level stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities

You will play a critical role in helping clients solve complex business challenges through technology-enabled strategies and transformation initiatives.




- Lead and support IT strategy and technology consulting engagements across a variety of industries.
- Participate in business development, sales, and pre-sales activities, helping shape proposals and client solutions.
- Understand client needs and translate business challenges into technology-enabled recommendations and transformation roadmaps.
- Advise clients on areas such as IT strategy, operating models, technology governance, and application landscapes.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and contribute to strategic decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design integrated solutions that align business objectives with technology capabilities.
- Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
