Hiring Company: TEE Electric Solution Spain Location: Spain Position: Senior Sales Manager Key Responsibilities: Market Development - Actively explore the Spanish and surrounding markets;

- Identify and engage potential clients TSO/DSO, build and maintain strong customer relationships, and lead bidding and tendering processes.
- Identify and engage potential clients EPC, build and maintain strong customer relationships, and lead bidding and tendering processes.

Requirements

- Proficiency in English (mandatory); knowledge of Chinese and/or Spanish is highly preferred;
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering or other engineering-related fields (preferred);
- Previous experience in technical sales is an advantage;
- For candidates with outstanding commercial skills and strong market insight, technical background requirements may be more adaptable;
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, with a high sense of responsibility;
- Willingness to travel locally as required.
