About the Role
We are looking for a GTM Engineer – Customer Success to own the post-sale customer journey while helping B2B customers design, launch, and continuously improve their outbound go-to-market motions.

This role is idóneo for a customer-facing GTM professional who combines hands-on technical execution, B2B outbound expertise, sales technology, and consultative Customer Success. You will work directly with customers to understand their market, ICP, buyer personas, and growth objectives, then translate those goals into scalable outbound strategies, campaigns, and technical workflows.

You will serve as both a trusted GTM advisor and hands-on technical partner, working closely with customers as well as internal Sales, Product, RevOps, and R&D; teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Own customer onboarding, adoption, retention, and ongoing success from initial implementation through value realization.
- Develop a deep understanding of each customer's product, market, TAM, ICP, buyer personas, sales process, and growth objectives.




- Translate business goals into practical outbound GTM strategies, campaigns, and workflows.
- Build and optimize account and prospecting workflows using tools such as Clay, including enrichment, filtering, AI agents, APIs, and webhooks.
- Help customers identify and prioritize the right accounts, stakeholders, intent signals, buying triggers, and engagement opportunities.
- Advise customers on targeting, personalization, positioning, messaging, sequencing, and outbound campaign execution.
- Use AI and automation tools to build, improve, and troubleshoot GTM workflows independently.
- Support outbound campaign execution across email and other relevant channels, including sequencing and deliverability optimization.
- Analyze campaign performance, reply rates, meetings generated, product usage, and account health to identify opportunities and risks.
