Senior UX Designer — Barcelona (Contract) €425 to €450 per day | Barcelona, hybrid | Contract to June 2027 | Start: ASAP We're hiring a Senior UX Designer for one of our clients, a integral HR and payroll technology business with a well-established product and design team in Barcelona. Ordinary employees, doing something once or twice a year, under time pressure, with no training and no patience. That's the design problem.

Take processes built around payroll compliance and make them something a person can complete on their own without ringing HR. You'll have room to actually design rather than firefight. Own UX end to end for features in the product, from discovery through to engineering handover Work with product managers and engineers in Barcelona and across the client's global teams Design within an established system,



and improve it where it doesn't cover you Test with real users and back your decisions with what you find You're a senior generalist.

Research, IA, interaction design, prototyping, and enough visual craft to ship work you're happy to put your name on.

Fluent

English. HR tech, payroll, fintech, or anything where regulation sets the boundaries of what you're allowed to design. This is process design more than surface design. CV and portfolio review, then interviews with the design lead and team. All Remote. Happy to have an informal chat first if you'd rather understand the detail before committing anything.
