You will be responsible for ensuring the functionality, performance, and quality of ServiceNow implementations and enhancements. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in ServiceNow platform, a deep understanding of software development principles, and excellent problem-solving skills. Understand business and functional requirements for ServiceNow.Create test strategies, plans, and cases for various modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, Asset Management, etc.Define test scenarios for workflows, integrations, and customizations.Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing. Generate testing reports and maintain test documentation.Validate ServiceNow modules, custom scripts, and APIs.Test upgrades and patches to ensure smooth platform updates.Taking ownership and doing close follow up on project/s assigned, ensuring targets are met.Degree in IT/IT related fields or equal by experience.3-5 years of experience in QA/Testing roles,



particularly with ServiceNow Projects.Experience in working in Agile squads. ITIL framework understanding &
