What you will be doing

Learning Experience & Engagement

- Design and deliver engaging digital and blended learning solutions in line with defined standards across EMEA.
- Apply user-centred design principles to ensure learning is accessible, inclusive and effective.
- Drive learner engagement across Ricoh, including initiatives such as Love to Grow.
- Gather learner insights and feedback to continuously improve solutions.
- Ensure consistency in L&D; brand and learner experience across EMEA.
- Partner with market leads to prioritise and deliver learning that drives business impact.
- Support localisation of content for regional and cultural relevance across EMEA.

Content Development & Curation

- Create and curate high-quality learning content across core and functional skills (e.g. AI, digital, behavioural, induction, compliance) across EMEA.
- Work with SMEs to translate business needs into clear, structured learning journeys.
- Collaborate with digital learning specialists to ensure content meets quality, accessibility,



inclusivity and localisation standards.
- Maintain and optimise content within learning platforms (e.g. LXP) to ensure quality and relevance of content and improve accessibility

Skills-Based Learning Design & Delivery

- Design and deliver skills-aligned learning journeys, pathways and campaigns to support the MTS (e.g. AI literacy, critical thinking, feedback) across EMEA.
- Support the rollout of skills-based learning experiences and pathways linked to job architecture and skills frameworks across EMEA. Ensure learning focuses on application and behaviour change, not just knowledge acquisition.
- Advocate for learner-centric, experience-led learning approaches with SMEs and stakeholders.

Learning Technology & Innovation

- Use learning technologies (LXP, authoring tools, AI tools) to design and deliver learning.
- Test and adopt new tools and features to enhance the learner experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve digital content and learning platforms.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Delivery

- Partner with L&D; colleagues (especially Market Leads) and business stakeholders to deliver learning solutions across EMEA.
- Support and contribute to EMEA-wide learning initiatives and campaigns.
- Use feedback and data to improve learning effectiveness.

Operational Excellence

- Manage timelines, dependencies and stakeholders for allocated initiatives.
- Track engagement, delivery metrics and early indicators of impact.
- Capture early signals of behaviour change and skills application to inform reporting.

You will ideally have

- Strong learning design capability across digital and blended formats.
- Confident use of learning technologies (LXP, authoring tools, digital platforms).
- Good understanding of skills frameworks and skills-based learning approaches.
- Strong attention to quality and detail.
- Effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and learner experience design.




- Curious and proactive in applying external best practice and new approaches.
- Adaptable mindset with openness to new tools and technologies.
- Experience in L&D;, instructional design or digital learning roles.
- Experience delivering learning programmes in corporate or multi-market environments.
- Experience working with learning technologies and content tools.
- Experience supporting or delivering cross-market learning initiatives.
- Experience creating learning for diverse audiences.
