We are seeking a Software Development Manager for a company that designs, manufactures and markets catamarans and other innovative products related to water sports, based in El Masnou, Barcelona.SALARY AND TERMS* Salary between 50.000 - 60.000 a year depending on experience* Adaptable work schedule 9:00H - 18:00H* Hybrid work model: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* Lead the development and implementation of the company's technology strategy.

Design, develop, and deploy high-quality and scalable mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product features.

Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and regulations.

Manage and mentor the technology team.





Utilize your experience in backend development to contribute to the technical aspects of the projects.

Take a user-oriented approach to ensure that the end-user experience is seamless and intuitive.REQUIRED SKILLS* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field* Strong expertise in both Android and iOS mobile app development.

Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Kotlin, Swift and Objective-C.

Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Knowledge of cloud technologies and experience with In-App payment system feature implementation.VALUABLE SKILLS Additional languages such as French and Spanish
