Responsibilities

- Interact with Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat to establish and maintain positive relationships.
- Address inquiries related to products and services while providing tailored support.
- Effectively manage and resolve client concerns to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Accurately document all client interactions in the CRM system for comprehensive tracking and follow-up.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and client relations strategies.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services based on client needs.




- Remain updated on company offerings and industry trends to relay relevant information to clients.

Requirements

- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in client relations, customer support, or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in CRM software and standard computer applications.
- A genuine enthusiasm for building relationships and providing exceptional service to clients.
