As a Game Chat Moderator, you will be instrumental in monitoring player interactions, encouraging positive communication, and upholding community standards.

Responsibilities

- Monitor in-game chat and player interactions to ensure adherence to community guidelines and safety protocols.
- Promote a respectful and inclusive atmosphere by engaging actively with players.
- Identify and swiftly address inappropriate behavior and content, escalating issues as necessary.
- Provide support and assistance to players regarding chat moderation policies and practices.
- Keep accurate records of moderation actions taken and report any significant incidents.
- Collaborate with various teams to enhance player experience and community engagement.
- Participate in ongoing training to remain current on moderation tools and techniques.





Requirements

- Fluency in Spanish and English, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience in online moderation, community management, or similar roles is desirable.
- Strong familiarity with gaming culture and community dynamics.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a calm approach to challenging situations.
- Detail-oriented and accountable in moderating online content.
- Willingness to work adaptable hours, including evenings and weekends.
- A strong enthusiasm for gaming and a commitment to enhancing the user experience in online communities.
