As an Online Shopping Advisor, you will support Spanish-speaking customers by providing them with an exceptional shopping experience and assisting them at every step of their online journey.

Responsibilities

- Assist Spanish-speaking customers through multiple channels including chat, email, and phone with their online shopping inquiries.
- Offer detailed product information, tailored recommendations, and guidance during the purchasing process.
- Address inquiries related to order status, returns, and exchanges in a professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and provide personalized solutions to enhance the shopping experience.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, offers, and promotions to give accurate recommendations.
- Maintain precise documentation of customer interactions to ensure thorough follow-up and record-keeping.




- Collaborate closely with team members and departments to resolve issues and improve service quality.

Requirements

- Fluency in Spanish and English, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally within an online retail or e-commerce setting.
- Strong interest in e-commerce and familiarity with online shopping trends.
- Able to engage customers effectively, providing empathetic and efficient support.
- Proficient in using customer service technology and e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple inquiries and tasks.
- A collaborative team player with a cheerful disposition and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
